GK ACADEMY CENTRES
Providing specialised high-quality training to talented goalkeepers who show the potential & ability to progress
The EPC believe there are a high number of natural talented goalkeepers not receiving the guidance and coaching needed to fulfill their potential, therefore offering our GK Academy Centre to further express their abilities to U7 – U12 Goalkeepers.
Our aim is to identify and highlight goalkeepers who show talent and potential to develop in our GK sessions that fun & engaging for goalkeepers of all abilities . We aim to achieve this by placing our GKs in an environment where they can improve with our EPC GK Academy staff, making them comfortable and confident in their own ability. All EPC GKs will be required to attend our 32-week coaching syllabus that is delivered alongside our Academy Centre programme, with each session looking to develop their technical, social & physical attributes.
All GK Academy sessions are delivered by fully-qualified coaches who posses the important goalkeeping coaching certificates needed to develop our goalkeepers. Each session is designed to be creative, fun & challenging for goalkeepers of all abilities and will focus on the key components needed to develop - our coaching programme follows a GK specific syllabus that will offer our players the chance to learn a variety of focuses.
All GKs will get the chance to take part in our Academy Games Programme with our Academy Centre groups that tests their ability against Pro Clubs & external academies around the region. This also lets our GKs experience realistic game situations that aids learning.
Upon joining our Academy, GKs will recieve their own GK kit as part of their programme that is required to be worn at every session. For more information regarding this session, or to request a free trial session then please click the button below.
