The Bracknell Town Academy promotes a clear player pathway, with the focus not only on footballing excellence but also on life skills and supporting players whether they progress into professional football or pursue further education as well as career opportunities.

Clear progression routes into senior football and careers in sport and fitness

Players follow clear pathways into senior football, including opportunities within Bracknell Town FC, Sandhurst Town FC and the wider non-league and professional game. Alongside this, they gain recognised qualifications that support careers in sport, fitness and related industries.

High-level football environments

Players train and compete in a high-performance environment that reflects the demands of the senior game, with sessions designed to develop technical, tactical, physical and mental qualities.

Professional coaching and support

Experienced, qualified coaches provide high-quality sessions, individual feedback and ongoing support to help players develop professionalism, confidence and resilience on and off the pitch.

Post 16 full-time education

Players study full-time alongside their football programme, gaining recognised qualifications that support progression into employment, apprenticeships or further education.
