Player Development Programme
Our PDP programmes are available at our Bracknell Leisure Centre site, EPC believe that creating the correct environment is absolutely key. Players begin their journey at Soccer School aged six and can develop through the programme to reach senior football.
We create a fun positive environment which places players in situations where they can expect to learn in game realistic sessions and are able to make mistakes without the fear of failure.

EPC and the Player Development Programme (PDP) have over 15+ years of experience in helping players progress from grassroots to elite levels.
Our Player Development Programme is designed to introduce and help players from Year 2 progress in an environment which is fun and engaging for players of this age group. EPC believe in finding the right level to help support the players long term development is key.

Alex’s Story
Alex joined EPC’s Soccer School at the age of six, he has gone on to feature in every age group and now plays in the semi-professional game within one of our partner clubs. As well as playing, Alex has developed and learned to coach the EPC way and is now one of our full-time coaches.
